Chapter 102 Erosion & Sediment Control Program / Post Construction Stormwater NEW FEE FOR SERVICES APPROVED BY DELAWARE COUNTY COUNCIL EFFECTIVE 9/19/08 Please note several significant revisions have been made. The entire resolution approved by County Council can be found below "** Revised..........E&S Fee for Services 2008". A few of the significant revisions are as follows : 1. School Districts are no longer exempt from payment of fees for services. 2. A $75.00 Fee is required to Schedule a meeting to discuss a review letter developed by the Conservation District. Meetings requested by the Conservation District, and pre-applications meetings do not require this fee. 3. Chapter 105 Permit Applications for General Permits will no longer be considered complete unless accompanied by an Erosion and Sediment Control Plan and associated fee. 4. A $75.00 Fee will be requested as cost recovery to Schedule an Enforcement Conference. 5. Plans which are found by the Plan Reviewer to be significantly deficient after the second review will be subject to a fee of 50% of the initial review.
